Gong Lik

In the GONG LIK / CHI GONG KUNG-FU training you‘ll learn sequences of movements considering your body posture, breathing, building up energy, building power, relaxation and meditation.

YOUR EXPERIENCED KUNG-FU TRAINER IN MAINZ AND WIESBADEN

At first you train a Kung-Fu-Form in a stand. The aim is to build up your LEG MUSCLES, to coordinate the MOVEMENT of your arms independently from your upper body and to breath correctly.

THIS FORM OF KUNG-FU WILL BE TRAINED IN 3 LEVELS:

  1. 1. Correct position - angles and ways
  2. 2. Power regulation - energy regulation - breathing
  3. 3. Time Power exercises

THE FOLLOWING FORMS WILL BE LEARNED IN THOSE 3 LEVELS AS WELL:

  1. The second and third form includes additional steps, turns and kicks.
  2. The fourth and fifth form works with traditional weapons like butterfly sword and long pole.
